Everything, from the sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes to the cheeses and pastas, is imported directly from Italy. Our Bufala Mozzarella contains 100-percent Bufalo milk and arrives weekly from Campania, where they've been making the cheese for centuries. And the Regiano Parmigiano comes from a small selected family-run cheese maker in Regia Amelia.

The menu invites you to sample, share and delight in something from every course. Try the imported Bufala Mozzarella with vine-ripened tomatoes. Sample a pizza with fresh Mozzarella, Pecorina Romano, Parmigiano Regiano and Gorgonzola. Share  pasta tossed in roasted Tomato Marinara with sauteed Garlic Shrimp. Delight in grilled Fillet Mignon with Gorgonzola crust and Parmesan mashed potato. And to top it all off - indulge in Baked Chocolate and Cocoa Mousse.
