If you can't make it to Italy...
Ahh ... Brissago. Let me tell you about it! The mozzarella was in Campania on Friday, the pasta handmade in Sicily on Tuesday. The wines – all Italian.
Warm and inviting with an air of subtle sophistication, Ristoranté Brissago takes the dining experience to a new level with fresh ingredients flown in weekly from Italy. Enjoy regionally made pastas, cheeses, prosciutto, olive oils and desserts as well as a wonderful selection of Italian wines. Truly authentic Italian cuisine served in a romantic setting, amid spectacular views of the Wisconsin countryside.
Everything, from the sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes to the cheeses and pastas, is imported directly from Italy. Our Bufala Mozzarella contains 100-percent Bufalo milk and arrives weekly from Campania, where they've been making the cheese for centuries. And the Parmigiano-Reggiano comes from a small selected family-run cheese maker in Regia Amelia.
The menu invites you to sample, share and delight in something from every course. Try the imported Bufala Mozzarella with vine-ripened tomatoes. Sample a pizza with fresh Mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Gorgonzola. Share pasta tossed in roasted Tomato Marinara with sautéed Garlic Shrimp. Delight in grilled Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola crust and Parmesan mashed potato. And to top it all off - indulge in Baked Chocolate and Cocoa Mousse.

Michele Chiarlo Wine Dinner
Dine in Brissago on Thursday, May 16 and join us for a Michele Chiarlo Wine Dinner featuring five courses each paired with a perfect wine. The Italian wines from Michele Chiarlo's 100% family owned and run business are among the highest reputations for quality in Piedmont. Chiarlo descended from more than seven generations of esteemed wine growers and is now a leading figure in the viticulture industry.
Grant Bender, State Manager for Kobrand Corporation, will share his unique perspective and experience of Food and Wine while presenting the Kobrand Portfolio of fine wines at the dinner.
