Grand Geneva Main Lodge

Room rates are confirmed at the time of reservation. For your convenience, a $35 resort fee is added to your bill per night. Resort fee includes:

Overnight valet parking
On-resort transportation, including our Grand Trolley when available
In-room coffee, safe and bottled water replenished daily
Select experiences, including some guided activities and access to nature trails
Fitness classes and access to a 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center and basketball court
Sauna, steam room, whirlpool and select wellness amenities
Wireless internet access
Electric vehicle charging
Concierge assistance for help making plans and reservations
Anytime, anywhere mobile concierge texting service - message and data rates may apply

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. You must be 21 or older to reserve and stay in a guest room. A major credit card must be presented to check in.

Rooms are subject to 8.5% state and local taxes.

MAIN LODGE CANCELLATIONS
A one-night room/package, resort fee & tax deposit is due upon reservation. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking (gift card may not be used toward deposit). For the Main Lodge, reservations must be canceled by 4pm, 72 hours prior to arrival, or you will be charged for one night's room and tax. All cancellations must be made 72-hours before arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided. Some cancellation policies may vary based on the package booked.

Please note that third party bookings, group bookings, and other non-standard bookings may have varying policies. Please check your reservation confirmation for your specific cancellation policy. You can also contact the reservations department to inquire about your policy.

The Villas at Grand Geneva

VILLA CANCELLATIONS
A one-night room/package, resort fee & tax deposit is due upon reservation. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. For the Villas, reservations must be cancelled at least 7-days prior to arrival date, or you will be charged the first night’s room and tax deposit. All cancellations must be made seven days prior to arrival to receive a refund on the credit card provided. A $35 processing fee will be charged with any cancellation. Some cancellation policies may vary based on the package booked.
