This March, we’re excited to partner with Hill Valley Cheese, a skilled, local cheesemaker whose family dairy farm has been in East Troy since 1942. Known for their exceptional quality and freshness, Hill Valley Dairy offers a variety of unique cheeses that reflect the creativity and expertise of their team. Combining this with the innovative vision of our culinary team, we’ve crafted a selection of dishes that highlight the exceptional flavors and craftsmanship of these locally made cheeses.
