Daou Wine Dinner

Grand Geneva has a reputation for creating exceptional experiences, but the 2024 Daou Wine Dinner will reach new heights - literally. Set atop the Grand Geneva Mountain Top, this revolutionary approach to fine dining features grill-to-table dishes, stunning views and expert wine pairings from the Daou Vineyards. The event will feature celebrity guest: Maître D' from Hell's Kitchen and Vice President of Hospitality at Daou Vineyards, Marino Monferrato. With only 40 seats available and spots filling quickly, this is truly the most exclusive Lake Geneva summer experience of 2024.

We will begin the evening at 6pm on Saturday, August 17^th with an array of passed hors d'oeuvres. Bask in the stunning mountain-top views and tantalizing your taste buds with a Daou Rosé Special Select. Then, savor five delectable courses, each masterfully crafted by our Executive Chef, Jonathan Gutierrez, and pair them with an array of exquisite DAOU wines.

Chef Gutierrez says the inspiration for this dinner is our universal connection to life and food. He wants this meal to reconnect you with the origins of your food while celebrating the hardworking hands that made it. While enjoying a glass of Daou Cabernet, Gutierrez drew inspiration from his Mexican heritage, local Wisconsin ingredients and the complexity of the cabernet to create a one-of-a-kind menu that is diverse and exciting, but firmly rooted in fresh, local ingredients.
